STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT SIMULATION

What is StratSimManagement?

StratSimManagement is a simulation rooted in the automobile industry, teaching students the essentials of strategic management. The simulation simplifies complex industry dynamics while retaining key strategic elements, creating a manageable learning environment.
In this simulation, students get hands-on experience in developing and implementing business strategies. They identify market opportunities, create product offerings, analyze competitors, and manage corporate infrastructure to sustain growth. The simulation also covers resource allocation among various business functions and explores optional modules like international market opportunities.
StratSimManagement promotes active learning, where students make key business decisions that have tangible outcomes in a competitive market environment. This direct competition against other teams encourages the development of competitive strategies and collaborative decision-making.
StratSimManagement effectively bridges the gap between theory and practice in strategic management education.
