We are pleased to release a major update for HRManagement
We worked diligently with our customers and we’re ready for you to take a look. HRManagement has been completely redesigned in terms of interface, while at the same time keeping the strengths of the simulation model and all the great features our customers have come to count on. Students consistently remark that HRManagement was the highlight of their academic experience!

Fresh, new, intuitive and modern interface: We’ve made the design more fluid visually, and more intuitive by bringing the analysis tools to the decision screens.
PART- TIME
Students can now hire part-time employees as part of their firm, providing a more realistic workforce. This provides an opportunity for further analysis of the HR function.
ANALYSIS TOOLS
Development & Employee Relationship analysis tool that allows students to see a timeline of their decisions for these areas.
REPORTS
Reports have new plots such as Employee Turnover, Female and Minority Demographics, job level Share of Payroll, and Production.
